The changes for 2010, being announced a few days before the Head of the Charles weekend in Boston and Cambridge, are made possible thanks to the continued success of Corporate Rowing and Facility Rentals at CRI.
Two Penn boats will compete this weekend at the one of the world's most renown regattas - the Head of the Charles.
